We want your customers to have the same quality of service for returns as they do for deliveries so we've created a returns service that can be tailored to your specific needs.
If your customers need to return an item, they want a simple and fast solution and that's just what DPD's new return service, to be launched this month, will give them.
Here's how it works:
To be able to offer DPD returns on your website, you'll first need to add a link to our returns service. Shoppers who click on the link will see your brand for reassurance and then complete a short form with details of their return item. They'll then be emailed their return label for them to print.

Once the label has been printed and applied to the parcel, shoppers can drop off their return item at one of over 2,500 DPD Pickup shops. Our parcel shop network is one of the most secure and smartest shop networks available, and with later opening times provides even more convenience for your customers.
We'll also provide a choice of returns payment options - payment upfront or a deduction from the amount to be credited, so your customers can have complete confidence in the returns service.
